I bought this house from Denise a little over one year ago (I unfortunately needed to remain in NY and ended up having to sell the SD house), and she was FANTASTIC, definitely went "above and beyond" with me being in NY at the time (house bought was in SD), taking care of so many details that involved "boots on the ground"-- made the purchase a breeze, so I was 100% certain I'd choose Denise to sell the house as well, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I know Denise dealt with a number of potential buyers, and she always contacted me to inform me of how things went, and how she felt about the various offers, the pluses and minuses she saw, her take on things, and it all worked out to finding a buyer in the end who paid full price and paid cash, which was exactly what I was hoping for, so I'm very grateful to Denise for taking the time and "holding out" until the right buyer was found, rather than her "pushing" an early offer for a quick sale--VERY much appreciated!

Honestly, I feel more like we're friends than agent/client. She ALWAYS responded when I contacted her, through messaging, email (my preferred, usually), and phone. She always replied promptly, and thoroughly, and her take/understanding was always valuable, and I listened closely to what she had to say, because I trusted her judgment 100%, and knew she was trying for what was best for ME-- couldn't have hoped for more!

She's the best, more than I hoped for. I'm very grateful for her perfect blend of professionalism and down-to-earth friendliness. I truly feel I lucked out in finding Denise, and couldn't emphasize how great she is/was enough! An amazing person, and realtor!
